He is survived by: his daughter Kim; his son-in-law Jason; his grandson Jake; his daughter-in-law Carla; his grandchildren-in-law, Claire Kittridge (Andrew), John Gallman (Sadie), Seth Gallman (Shelby), Shelby Cangmah (Zo) and Jacey Walts (Austin); his brother Tom Small (Jenni); Eleanor Ruth, Phoebe Jane and Caroline Irene. He is also survived by several nephews and a niece.
