He is survived by: his wife Angela Moore (Patton); his daughters, Melissa "Missy" Moore and Melinda "Mindy" Moore-Parkhurst (Richard); his stepchildren, Nathan Trenum (Rita), Jennifer Allen and Christina Smock (Brian); his grandchildren, Aleah, Maya, Gabriel, Mara, Maddie, Addy, Landon, Grayson, Piper, Aria and Bennett; his brother Sam "Butch" Moore (Cheryl); and his half-siblings, Donna Moore and David Moore.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Murphy-Parks Funeral Services (703 S Harrison St, Shelbyville, IN 46176). A prayer was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (4218 E Michigan Rd, Shelbyville, IN 46176).
