He is survived by: his children, Jeremiah Higgason (April) of Indianapolis and Jessicah Fruits (Chris) of Fishers; his grandchildren, Myra K. Higgason, Daxon Fruits and Alec Fruits; his significant other Lori Golden of Franklin; his grandchildren, Bailee Phillips, Anna Phillips, Titus Phillips and Josie Rae Phillips; his niece Trinity Kibby; and his former wife Tori Higgason (Sisson) of Fishers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
