He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Woolen and Ruth Woolen; and his children, Tony Woolen, Mark Woolen and Robin Kirk.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Woolen; his sons, Scott Woolen (Anne) and David Woolen (Joyce); and his stepchildren, Jamie Atwell (Larry), Cindy Shonk (Robert), James Dillon and Deena Gilliatt (Rich). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
