He was predeceased by: his parents, David Perry and Judith Perry; and his nephew Matthew Chambers. He is survived by: his siblings, Jennifer Chambers (Rick), Jennelle Weatherford (Chris) and David Joe Perry (Marie). He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews; 2 great nieces and nephews.
