He is survived by: his wife Shirley J. Shively (Fields) of Franklin, IN; his children, Karen L. Spangler (Brad), Kent A. Shively (Trisha) of Kokomo, IN and Kevin D. Shively of Terre Haute, IN; his siblings, Marie A. Baker of Rossville, IN, Doris M. Callaway (Glen) of North Manchester, IN, Leona Skiles (Meridith) of Rossville, IN and Kenneth D. Shively (Patty) of LaPorte, IN; and his grandchildren, Logan A. Shively of Terre Haute, IN, Andrew M. Shively of Greentown, IN, Lauren E. Shively of Gypsum, CO, Hannah G. Spangler of Broken Arrow, OK, Luke J. Spangler of Kalamazoo, MI, Lilly Mathis of Indianapolis, IN and Dallas D. Shively of Terre Haute. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
