He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Franklin and Tina Lois Conner (Grider); his brother Mike Conner; and his niece Irsila Caudill. He is survived by: his sons, Luis Miguel Conner and Samuel Joseph "Austin" Conner; and his siblings, Mitchell Bryant Conner, Robbie Dale Conner, Sammie Lou Woodall and Sabine Sue Brown. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
