He is survived by: his wife Betty June (Qualls) of Franklin, IN; his children, Ryan Carter (Tammy) of Whiteland, IN and Patty A. Carter of Franklin, IN; his stepchildren, Charles Hyatt (Stacey) of Columbus, IN and Chris Pickett (George) of Edinburgh, IN; and his siblings, Crystal Feltner (Wayne) of Westmoreland, TN, Bruce Carter (Kay) of Indianapolis, IN, Perry Carter (Terry) of Franklin, IN, Dwayne Carter of Franklin, IN and Shawn Carter of Franklin, IN. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great- grandchildren.
