It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Mulligan of Franklin, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mulligan and Eithel Mulligan (Hatterbaugh); and his brother James Mulligan. He is survived by: his wife Janet V. Mulligan; his children, Sandy Loeffler (Fred), Christine Mulligan and Greg Mulligan (Shauna); his grandchildren, Samantha Childress (Tyler), Brad Loeffler, Liz Solie, Anna Burris (Cody), Anthony Mulligan and Malia Mulligan; and his great grandchildren, Nora and Maryn Childress.
