He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Collins and Lottie C. Collins (Brock); and his brother Rev. Leroy Collins. He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Collins (Richhart); his children, Jennifer Luther of Columbus and Jeff Collins (Devon) of Dupont; his brothers, Loyd Collins (Dottie) of Brown County and Greg Collins of Brown County; his sister-in-law Joan Collins of Brown County; his grandchildren, Neisha Luther, Larissa Hart, Emily Cash and Madelon Collins; and his great grandchildren, Samuel, Elia, Kooper, Callen, Maclane and Ellie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Meredith Funeral Home (179 E Mulberry St, Morgantown, IN 46160). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
