She is survived by: her children, Joey Garrett (Patsy), Joyce Ellen Garrett, Joanne Spencer (Mark) and John Mark Garrett (Cindy); her grandchildren, Joey Miller (Karrie), Patricia Lucas (Andy), Patsy Jo Koepke (Steven), Adam Garrett (Betty), Aaron Garrett (Kathy), Grace Scott (Wes), Caleb Spencer and Justin Garrett (Heather); her great grandchildren, Kasey, Kaitlyn, Noah, Lyla, Eric, Johnathan, Mary, Christian, Keaton, Quinn, Ivan, Heidi, Streichtyr, Hattie and Ira; her great great grandchildren, Karson, Kameron, Kaleesa, Kaiden and Kensley; and her brother Ralph Duckworth, Jr..
