Fahy (Travis) of Whiteland, Indiana; her grandchildren, Anthony, Phillip, Alex, Valerie, Conner, Vincent and Gavin; and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Ayla and Aliah.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Indiana Masonic Home.
