She was predeceased by: her parents, John Spaw and Ova Spaw (Chapman); her former husband Wayne Workman; her husband Richard Ford; and her siblings, Frances Kinnick, Louise Cox, Esther Purdy, Ray Spaw, George Spaw, Vernon Spaw, Clifford Spaw, Regina Dukate, Rita and David.
She is survived by: her children, Tamera Coolman (Bob), Richard "Bruce" Ford (Julie), Beverly "Kay" Fowler (Clyde) and Alex Ford (Dory); and her sister Betty Jo Weddle. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
