He was predeceased by: his father Robert D. Deckard; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Priscilla Abercrombie. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Deckard (Shepherd); his wife Elizabeth Ann Deckard (Basham); his children, Joshua Deckard (Brett), Jenifer Branstetter and Jacob Deckard (Molly); his grandchildren, Riley Deckard, Drew Deckard, Katie Branstetter, Wyatt Branstetter, Michaela Branstetter and William Deckard; his great grandchild Norah; and his sisters, Cheryl White (Brian) and Julie Claxton (Charles). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
