She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Bradshaw and Noma Bradshaw (Phelps); and her siblings, Gerald Bradshaw, Gene Bradshaw, Glyn Bradshaw, Zelmadene Antle and Doreen Luttrell.
She is survived by: her husband William Phillips; and her children, Mark Phillips (Lisa) and Susan Phillips. She is also survived by two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
