She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Ladd and Orena Ladd; her husband Lonnie Rigney; and her grandson Douglas Rigney. She is survived by : her children, Ronnie Rigney (Bridget), Donnie Rigney and Bonnie Badagnani (Dave); her siblings, Frank, Betty and Pete Ladd; and her grandchildren, Lori Giesting, Donnie Rigney, Doug Rigney, Shane Kelly-Rigney, Angie Blaize, Carri Freije, Brittany Propp, Brianne Rigney and Brooke Rigney.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the preferred Alzheimer's Association or Dementia Society of America in Norma's honor.
