She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Charles and Iva Marie Moore (Fisher); her former husband Gilbert Dean Smith; and her pet Heidi. She is survived by: her husband Mike Duncan; her children, Charles Smith (Kim) and Bonnie Jarvis (Tony); her sister Donna Sutterfield (Terry); her grandchildren, Ellen Burcham (Chad), Garrett Jarvis, Devin Smith, Morgan Luna, Kenleigh Luna and Eli Smith; and her great grandchild Ivy Burcham.
