She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Gumm and Mattie Ann Seaborne Gumm; her husband Robert Lee Forrest; her grandson Jeff Forrest; and her siblings, Buck Gumm, Johnny Gumm, Haskell Gumm, Irene Barnett, Imogene Harris and Nellie Livesay.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Forrest (Debra) of Columbus and Opal Forrest Hughes (Alfred) of Franklin, Indiana; her grandchildren, Cindy Hughes, Debbie Hughes of Franklin and Christy Forrest Mullins (Lewis) of Seymour, Indiana; her great grandchildren, Chris Barkes (Taylor), Brandon Barkes, Justin Mullins, Dakota Forrest, Austin Forrest, Taylor Forrest and Maddie Forrest; her great great grandchildren, Evie Barkes and Ellie Barkes; her sisters, Carol McClure and Peggy Houk of Campbellsville; and her granddaughter-in-law Dee Forrest. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home (418 Lebanon Ave, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
