He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Betty Lewis (Dickinson); his wife Kim Lewis (Huntington); his son Mark Lewis (Kelly); his granddaughter Lily Lewis of Franklin; his stepmother Nancy Lewis (Dickinson) of Franklin; his sister Carolyn Mathauer (Lewis) of Franklin; his stepchildren, Kristen Driver (Jacob) of New Whiteland and Christopher Duke (Amy) of Morgantown; his stepgrandchildren, Braidon, Ethan and Emilia; his uncle James Dickinson (Bargersville); his mother-in-law Nancy Hill of New Whiteland; his siblings-in-law, Bryan Huntington (Jill) of Martinsville and Lisa Torrance of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandparents, Ralph, Bessie Dickinson, Herbert Sr. and Hattie Lewis.
