She was predeceased by : her parents, Homer Basham and Bonnie Basham (Metzger); her husband David McPeak; her daughter Debra McPeak; and her grandson David McPeak.

She is survived by : her children, DeeAnn McPeak, Dale McPeak (Tracy) and David McPeak; and her sister Opal Peterson. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
