He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kelly and Roxie0 Kelly (Vaught); his wife Marlene Whitaker; and his brothers, William Kelly, Robert Kelly, David Kelly and Thomas Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Susan L. Griner (Greg) and Phillip E. Kelly, Jr. (Lynn); his grandchildren, Ramzi Shoumali (Beth), McKenzie Dulworth (Brett), Kacie Miller (Jon) and Katelyn Owen (John); his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Easton, Braylee, Brookelynn, Nora, Tate and Hallie; and his sisters-in-law, Sondra Kelly and Joyce Kelly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
