With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Phillip M. Rainey of Franklin, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Rainey and Dolores Rainey (Peck). He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Rainey (Maxwell); his brother Mark Rainey; his daughters, Allison English (Robert) and Lindsay Faulstick (Ben); and his grandchildren, Olivia, Amelia, Wesley and Mae.
