She was predeceased by: her parents, James Homer and Lillie Donahue (Crouch); her husband T. Richard "Dick" Jacobs; and her siblings, Mary Kean, Dorothy Ashley, Ruth Hall and Howard Donahue.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Smith (Scott) of Franklin, IN and Tom Jacobs (Judy) of Franklin, IN; her grandchildren, Lindsay Jacobs of Spencer, IN, Cory Jacobs of Bloomington, IN, Chad Smith of Franklin, IN and Nicole Smith of Southport, IN; her great grandchildren, Avi Jacobs and Hailee Robbins; and her great great grandchild Harper Burkhart. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
