He is survived by: his daughter April Alvey (Thurman); his stepdaughters, Wendy Gary (Kevin) and Fawn Gary (Michael); his grandchildren, Lucy, Claire, Lydia, Audrey Alvey, Elizabeth Wolf (Tyler), Melissa Petrov, Emily Hammond (Garrett) and Garrison Rehfus (Alexus); his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Maximus, Madilynne, Matilda, Hudson, Cooper and Memphis; his siblings, Marilyn Green (Larry), Dennis Williams (Sande) and Jane Butler; his sisters-in-law, Janet Williams and Alice Williams; and his former wife Pam Perry-Shake.
