He is survived by: his sister Gayle Mull; his children, Ginger Murphy, Gayle Manning, Tony Murphy, Jeff McCulloch (Addy) and Joe McCulloch (Cicely); and his grandchildren, Bryan (Emily), Jackson Manning (Jessica), Anthony, Alicia Murphy (Grayson Rodriguez), Daniel, Bobby Jo Murphy, Diana McCulloch Cheek (Dylan) and Coley McCulloch (Alex). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
