She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Lowe and Rosalie Lowe (Harris); and her siblings, Raymond Lowe, Jr., Tommy Lowe, Andy Lowe and Betty Edith Lowe.
She is survived by : her husband David Lee Owens; her children, Deanna Trego (Steve) and Andy Owens (Chris); her granddaughter Janelle Abraham (Josh); her sons, David A. Owens (Adaliz), Dustin Owens and Colin Knight; her great grandchildren, Faith Abraham and Hayden Abraham; and her siblings, Larry Lowe and Ann Rosebery.
