He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Deming Coffman and Helen Frances Murray Coffman; his former wife Geneva "Jenny" Ann Coffman; his daughter Margaret "Maggie" H. Coffman; and his brother Mark "Tom" Thomas Coffman.
He is survived by: his children, Patrick H. Coffman, Monica H. Connerly and Lucy H. VanRuff (Billy); his sister-in-law Kay Coffman; his stepchildren, Amy M. Sapp (Dale), Stacia Green and Michael S. Green (Lisa); and his children, Laura, Mark and Joel. He is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren.
