Spangler (Brad) of Broken Arrow, OK, Kent A. Shively (Trisha) of Kokomo, IN and Kevin D. Shively of Terre Haute, IN; her grandchildren, Logan A. Shively of Terre Haute, IN, Andrew M. Shively of Greentown, IN, Lauren E. Shively of Gypsum, CO, Hannah G. Diaz-Lapham of Omaha, NE, Luke J. Spangler of Kalamazoo, MI, Lilly Mathis of Indianapolis, IN and Dallas D. Shively of Terre Haute, IN; and her siblings, Roger Fields of Grass Creek, IN, Sandra Redmaster of Fort Wayne, IN and Richard Fields (Sharon) of Minneapolis, MN.. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and friends.
