He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Rouse and Maerose Rouse (Watters); his sister Judith Bright; and his brothers-in-law, Oscar Bright and Earl Howell.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Rouse and Jennifer Fyke (Robert, Jr); his grandchildren, Stephen Rouse (Brooke), Johnathon Rouse, Meredith Rouse, Kayleigh Fyke, Judith Rouse, Simon Rouse and Elliot Rouse; his sister Rosanne Howell; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Bright (Lisa), Glen'Willy'Bright, Matthew Rouse, Andrea Hignite and Leslie Rodriquez.
