She is survived by: her children, Robert W. Flake of Franklin, IN, Pam J. Hartwell of Franklin, IN, David E. Flake of Edinburgh, IN and April D. Flake of Edinburgh; and her aunt Fran Spaulding of Franklin, IN.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren.
