He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Hasty (Wright); his children, Joshua Hasty, Wendi Hasty, Chad Hasty, April Mitchell and Brittney Flowers; his siblings, Homer Hasty and Barbara Gilstrap (David Hobson); and his stepsisters, Janie Parrott and Carol Elliott.
