He is survived by : his wife Nina Burton of Franklin; his children, Sharon Elaine Webb of Cincinnati, Donald Blaine Webb (Cindy) of Cincinnati and Kevin Wayne Webb (Becki Hewitt) of Cincinnati; his siblings, Gilbert Webb of Waynesburg, Byron Webb (Janet) of Cincinnati, Perry Cline Webb of Eubank, Robert Joseph "Bobby Joe" Webb (Sharon) of Eubank, June Osburn of Science Hill, Joyce Ard of Science Hill, Lynn Webb of Eubank and Debbie Blevins (Dennis) of Eubank; and his sister-in-law Louise Webb of Falls Church, Virginia. He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
