William V. Phillips Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2024, at the age of 83, William V. Phillips of Franklin, Indiana, born in Lewisburg, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, James W. Phillips and Agnes L. Phillips (Vaughn); his wife Nora Mae Phillips (Bradshaw); and his brother Don Phillips. He is survived by : his children, Mark Phillips (Lisa) of Morgantown and Susan Phillips of Indianapolis; his sister Mildred Egan (Bob); his granddaughters, Katie Cunningham (Eric) of Mooresville and Kathy Phillips of Los Angeles, CA; his great grandchildren, Lucy and Holly; and also Edy Kumwenda of Franklin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
