He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Dan Vandivier (Rhonda), William Arehart (Penny), Stacy Duckworth (Danny), Cheryl Green and Cindy Thompson; and his cousins, Jane Michener, Beth Ann Russell and Michael Michener. He is also survived by several grand nieces, grand nephews and other cousins.
