She is survived by: her husband Leon Ebert of Frankton; her stepsons, Michael Ebert (Teresa) of Alexandria and Nathan Ebert of Alexandria; her brothers, Charles Smith (Lola) of Lafayette, Roger Smith (Patti) of Noblesville, Tim Smith of Frankton, Darrell Smith of Huntington, Brian Smith (Tya) of Peru and Gary Smith (Tonya) of Greentown; her sister-in-law Jan Smith of Marion; her grandchildren, Wyatt Ebert (Bella) and Kassie Maddox; her stepgrandchildren, Ashley Russell (Valyn) and Samantha Eley; and her great grandchildren, Landon Russell, Nelliel Ebert, Eevee Ebert, Mason Wagner, Magnolia Blockson and Jeremy Blockson.
