It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Violet Annabelle Williamson of Freedom, Indiana, born in Shelbyville, Indiana, who passed away on August 7, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John E. Meyer and Muriel M. Myer; and her siblings, Ester Ellison, Haskell Myer, Maxine Batterson and John Myer Jr..

She is survived by : her husband Samuel H. WIlliamson; her children, Mary Games (William) of Fairland and Bruce Williamson (Connie) of Freedom; her siblings, Rosmond Owens of Chillicothe, MO, Carolyn Crafton of Fairland, Kenneth Myers of Shelbyville and Donald Myer of Shelbyville; and her grandchildren, Tonya, Daniel, Derrick, Jacob, Travis, Christopher, Tristan and Anthony. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to Northwood Christian Church or Spencer Seventh Day Adventist Church.
