He is survived by: his wife Tammy S. White; his sisters, Melanie DeBord of North Vernon and Jennifer Hendrickson of Austin; his grandchildren, Avery Juarez and Piper Juarez; his siblings' children, DeAnna Collins, Ashley Hendrickson, Chelsey Smith, April Hendrickson and Joshua Smith; and his stepchildren, Amber Juarez and Dustin Riggs.
A reception was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 400 Brown St, Columbus, IN 47201.
