She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruth Powers and Louis M. Anspaugh; her husband Thomas Cory Saylor of Fremont; her brothers, Eric Anspaugh (Mikki) of Pleasant Lake and Galen Anspaugh (Pam) of Auburn; her sister-in-law Sue Saylor (Tom) of Angola, Indiana.; her stepchildren, Todd Cory Saylor (Traci) of Bradenton, Thomas Shane Saylor (Nicole) of Fort Wayne and Taryn Harris (Marty) of Bradenton; her grandchildren, Courtnee, Kendra, Kara, Tommy, Reagan, Amanda, Austin and Olyvia; her great grandchildren, Nora, Judah and Jachin; her siblings' children, Alex Yarian (Samantha), Sam Yarian (Payton), Jude, Wells and Eva; and her brother-in-law Ted Saylor.

Memorial donations may be given to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.

“I am proud to say Colleen was my friend! I saw her for the last time about a month ago. I knew the situation had changed but I didn’t imagine that was the last time I would see her. She and Tom and Dean and I traveled to Cancun together several times. Colleen was always so easy to be around! Never drama, always easygoing and fun! I feel so bad that Colleen has had to go through the effects of this disease. Rest easy my sweet friend. You will be in my heart always. Thank you for being my friend. Cheri Mattox”
