He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry M. Kaehr and Erna D. Kaehr (Scheele). He is survived by: his wife Karen J. Kaehr (Kaufman); and his children, Katasha Carney of Hartford City and Monte Kaehr of Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
