She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl H. Kolb and Renata M. Kolb (Krieger); and her sister Eunice Ann Kolb. She is survived by: her husband David J. Sorg of Fremont, Indiana; and her children, Lisa Curtis (Gary), Sara Sorg (Claudia), Lora Beth Mendel (David) and Robert Livingston III. She is also survived by grandchildren and her three precious great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Peace Lutheran Church (355 E. State Road 120, Fremont, IN 46737). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations in Janice's memory may be made to Peace Lutheran Church - Wee Creations Preschool and Daycare.
