He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Lewis and Doris "Jean" Lewis (Holsinger); and his sister Suzanne Saffen. He is survived by: his wife Margo J. Lewis of Fremont, Indiana; his children, Matt Lewis (Amy) of Angola, Andy Lewis (Sarah) of Angola and Sara Weber (Bryan) of Fremont; and his grandchildren, Madison, Reese, Cru, Lilly, Kellen, Lincoln, Kade, Ellie and Oliver.
