She is survived by: her children, Matt Emrick (Jayma) of Columbia City, Chad Emrick (Wanda) of Fremont, Tiffany Hamilton (Brandon) of Fremont, Lisa Hamlin (Terry) of Fort Wayne and Tara Myers of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Gage Emrick (Avery), Brice Emrick (Sherry), Chelsea Landis (John), Whitney Maddux (Cole), Donte Matthews, Crystal Matthews, Max Hamilton and Ava Hamilton; her great grandchildren, Leo Hayes Maddux and Eloise Drew Maddux; her siblings, Sue Drotar of Fort Wayne, Mark Cox (Jealean) of Fort Wayne and David Cox (Sheryl) of Fort Wayne; and her pet Chito.
