He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Halladay (Chic) and Georgia Isaacs (Helberg); his former wife Sue Halladay (Moore); his daughters, Julie Cox of Oregon and Lori Mozena of Tontogany; his son-in-law Mike Cox; his stepdaughter Shelley Elston of Indiana; his stepdaughter-in-law Kim Elston of Indiana; and his mother-in-law Zola.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Halladay; his children, Tom Halladay II (Jo) of Weston, Ohio and Shelli Halladay (Mike Kozak) of Weston, Ohio; his son-in-law Brian Mozena of Tontogany, Ohio; his stepsons, James Elston (Theresa Kill) of Defiance and Wes Parrish (Crimson) of Fremont, Indiana; his sister Mary Jo Baumbarger (Akers); his sister-in-law Marsha Armstrong (Rod) of Greenville; and his pet Corky. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
