We announce the death of Thomas Anthony Nowakowski (Fremont, Indiana), who passed away on December 22, 2025, at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Nowakowski and Helen Nowakowski (Sosnowski); his twin-brother Christopher Anthony Nowakowski; and his granddaughter Ashley Kirsten Mattia. He is survived by: his wife Janice Nowakowski of Clear Lake; his children, Brian Nowakowski (Angie), Amy Barrett (Tom), Leanne Oberman (Tommy), Joseph Nowakowski (Deanna), Rebecca Cobb, Kathryn DiMeglio (Kevin) and Colleen Mattia; his grandchildren, Megan McInnis (Jason), Brandon Nowakowski, Katelyn Musa (Ahmad), Patrick Oberman, Shannon Schultz (Bryan), Adam Nowakowski, Jessie Cobb, Miranda Oberman, Daniel Oberman, Anthony DiMeglio, Declan Nowakowski, James Oberman, Cadence Nowakowski and Caiden DiMeglio; his great grandchild Bennett McInnis; his sisters, Agnes Bawol, Marie Price and Marilyn Sustrich; and his former wife Carolyn Baird.
