He was predeceased by: his mother Christine Qualkenbush (Roach). He is survived by: his father Carl Qualkenbush (Mickey) of Michigan City; his children, Kenny Qualkenbush (Ashley) of Dubois, Brian Reece Qualkenbush (Abbie) of Orleans, Monica Land (Jeremy) of French Lick and Brianna Qualkenbush (Tyler) of French Lick; his siblings, Tim Qualkenbush (Stacy) of Michigan City, Chris Qualkenbush (Christy) of Michigan City, Jill Dunn (Jeremy) of Michigan City and Angie Qualkenbush (Vinnie) of Michigan City, Indiana.; and his grandchildren, Lilyanna, Makiah, Avalee, Kamryn, Ainsley, Keegan, Bryce, Corbin, Taylen, Charley and Elias. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home (9640 IN-56, French Lick, IN 47432). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
