With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Underhill of French Lick, Indiana, born in Paoli, Indiana, who passed away on December 7, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Purkhiser and Lois Juanita Purkhiser (Davis); her husband Kenny Ray Underhill; and her children, John Paul Underhill, Kelly Underhill and Suzanne Andry.
