She was predeceased by: her parents, Acie Ellis and Beulah Qualkenbush (Weeks). She is survived by: her siblings, D. E. Qualkenbush (Ginger) and Phyllis Scott of Paoli; her husband George Thomas Pendley; and her children, Bryan Pendley (Mindy) of French Lick, Monica Morin (Mark) of French Lick and Trent Pendley (Kim) of French Lick. She is also survived by mother and mamaw to her children, 9 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
