It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Jean Ashby of French Lick, Indiana, born in Washington, Indiana, who passed away on December 8, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her mother Martha Jean Ratliff (Bradley); and her siblings, Julie Kay Ratliff and William Anthony "Jughead" Ratliff. She is survived by : her father William "Bill" Ratliff (Brenda Radtke) of French Lick; her sons, Bradley Rutherford of French Lick, Henry Rutherford of Orleans, Harley Rutherford of Orleans and Samuel Rutherford of Orleans; and her sister Diana Badger of French Lick. She is also survived by Grandchildren, Several Nieces and Nephews.
