He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Medlen and Eva Medlen (Hatfield); and his siblings, Jim, Bill, Robert, Joyce Smith and Anna Mae Henry.
He is survived by: his children, Ashley Lewis (Christopher) of Lawrenceville and Frank Medlen, Jr. of Vincennes, Indiana; his granddaughter Taylor Medlen; and his sister Phyllis Crunk.
