He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Lang and Berniece Lang (Perkins); his spouse Cleo Elizabeth Thornton; and his children, John Alistair Lang and Susan Lynne Thompson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Jane DeLong (Larry) and Nancy Jean Lang; his sister Mary Lipham; his grandchildren, Toby Switzer and Amanda Lang; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Nathaniel Lang and EmmaRae Harpenau.
